Notes: Roasty nutty flavour with touch of fire, stewed fruits in the finish, medium-light body, syrupy mouthfeel. It is very comforting and soothing tea that works well on cold days as well as on humid steaming hot ones. Being made of the slightly bigger and coarser leaves of the sun-grown Bancha and then going through the roasting process it looses most of the caffeine what makes Hojicha a perfect evening option too.

Preheat teaware. But please no rinsing for japanese tea.
