Kabuse Sencha #01
Origin: Kyoto Prefecture, Japan
Notes: A beautiful illustration what japanese tea can taste like. Thick and brothy mouthfeel with ultimately rich umami flavour, undertones of spinach and avocado fruit, long and very sweet finish. This tea is shaded for two weeks before being harvested in early spring.
Kabuse Sencha Recipe:
15 g Kabuse Sencha
240 g soft natural water @65C (no RO pls).
Preheat teaware. But please no rinsing for japanese tea.
