Notes: Genmaicha is basically very easy japanese tea to start from. It is easy to brew while tasting profile very pronounced and cheerfull. Beeing a blend of Yanagi Bancha and white mochi steamed, dried and roasted rice, it has a fragrant popcorn-like aroma, rich pecan flavour, buttery mouthfeel and medium body.

240 g soft natural water @96C (no RO pls).
Preheat teaware. But please no rinsing for japanese tea.
